Adopt the mantra of err on the side of action and Asking.

If your plan is 80% there (as in, it’s not perfect, but it’s pretty darn close) GO for it.

The 80% Rule is your secret weapon against perfectionism and fear. You’ll raise more money by taking action than you ever will by planning something until it’s flawless. If you wait for every condition to be perfect, you’ll never get off the blocks—and that kind of paralysis is the quickest route to failure. It’s also a powerful time-saver, helping you move from task to task and prospect to prospect without getting stuck in the weeds.

And, let’s be real, perfect isn’t very personable. Progress beats perfection every time.
