Jamie Winholtz is a seasoned fundraising strategist with over a decade of experience in philanthropy and nonprofit leadership. She has a proven track record of building donor-centric strategies, deepening engagement with individuals and corporate partners, and driving revenue growth across complex fundraising environments.

Jamie has led multimillion-dollar annual campaigns at major nonprofit institutions, managing individual donor portfolios, giving societies, and volunteer-led fundraising initiatives. Her work has resulted in increased donor retention, new revenue growth, and strengthened community relationships. She has also served as a lead on CRM transitions, creating systems to support fundraising performance and donor stewardship at scale.

Previously, Jamie held multiple development roles at the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, where she advanced from project management to individual giving leadership, securing significant support from individuals and corporate partners while managing teams and broad-based donor strategies, including tele-funding and direct mail.

Jamie is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and holds a master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from the University of Texas at Dallas. She is an active volunteer leader and currently serves on the Boards of AFP Greater Dallas and Verdigris Ensemble and as a grants panelist for The Arts Community Alliance. She is passionate about building authentic relationships, sustainable fundraising systems, and helping teams translate donor generosity into lasting impact.
