Nuri Kye brings nearly two decades of experience in nonprofit and arts administration to RSC, helping organizations build sustainable growth through data-driven strategies, strong fundraising practices, and a community-centered approach.

Most recently, Nuri served as Director of Development at Marin Symphony Association in Northern California, where she led fundraising and development efforts through June 2026. During her tenure, she helped grow the organization's reserves from $750,000 to $8 million and increased the Annual Fund by nearly 25% between 2017 and 2020, while maintaining consistent year-over-year growth in the years that followed. 

Nuri's professional journey began in Public Relations at Cal Performances at the University of California, Berkeley, where she played a key role in the publicity campaign during the performing arts center's first Executive Director transition in three decades. She later managed the annual telefundraising campaign at San Francisco Opera during a period of organizational expansion that included the successful production of a Wagner Ring cycle and the growth of free community engagement programs.

Nuri developed her expertise in data-driven fundraising as a development and database consultant with HT Lehmann Consulting. During that time, she worked with a range of nonprofit clients, including the Red Cross of the San Francisco Bay Area, Oakland Children's Hospital Foundation (now UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital), Stern Grove Festival, and San Francisco Art Institute.

Before launching her career in arts administration, Nuri was an active violinist, performing with regional youth and adult symphony orchestras and musical productions throughout the Idaho Falls, Idaho, area. Today, as both an arts administrator and an enthusiastic audience member, she remains deeply committed to strengthening communities and empowering nonprofits through the transformative power of the arts.
