With a proven track record, having raised over $20 million through grant funding, Tabitha’s expertise lies in the art of institutional fundraising.

In her recent role as Manager of Foundation and Government Partnerships at the Sphinx Organization, Tabitha played a key role in shaping the organization's financial landscape. Her commitment to excellence goes beyond her primary position, as she has provided consultation as an institutional giving specialist to orchestras and various arts organizations across Texas, Virginia, Colorado, and California.

A strategic thinker and dynamic professional, Tabitha is known for her ability to navigate the complex world of institutional fundraising and grantmaking. Her multifaceted approach combines financial acumen with a passion for the arts, creating a unique blend that has proven successful across diverse settings. Her goal is to shift the perspective of grant writing from an application-focused task to a cycle of relationship building, from prospect research to cultivation to stewardship.

She also serves on the Board of Directors for Agarita Chamber Players. Tabitha earned dual Bachelor's degrees in Music Performance and Music Education from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s in Music Performance from Oklahoma City University.
